A holistic health talk to educate and inspire so we are empowered with knowledge and some healthy action steps to build our own healthy habits.

Sarah Root is a Wellbeing Coach working to empower women to listen to their bodies and find their own balance.

We will be taking a deeper dive into how and what we eat can impact both our physical and mental wellbeing. With a particular focus on the digestive system and foods that support a healthy gut.

We touch on mindset around food, connecting back to how we feel when we eat and the role our emotions can play.

The session will be interactive with tips and the opportunity to ask questions.


Lots of good discussion and plenty to chew on!

We were lucky to be joined by Sarah Root of Root 2 Health to our meeting on 17 April to talk about Digestion and Gut Health. This highlighted some interesting foods we can try to improve our gut health like Miso and Kambucha. We also reminded ourselves of all the things we ‘should’ be doing like eating well, drinking less and sleeping more! It was a lively evening with lots of questions for Sarah and the highlight was trying some Kefir!
