Emily Munsey is a fifth generation flour miller and will take us around Wantage Mill to see the milling process and answer all your questions about flour, baking and running a small family enterprise. She was recently interviewed on Radio Oxford in between revising for her flour milling exams, much to the amusement of the DJ! The Mill is on the left at the bottom of Mill Street as you leave Wantage on the A417 towards Faringdon.

We shall meet at 6pm and no doubt repair to a pub after the event for those in need of sustenance.
